Sleep Companion
Practical sleep-support information and an optional sleep diary.
1. Keep a regular routine
Try going to bed and getting up at similar times each day to regulate your body's internal clock.
2. Relax before bed
Try not to use phones, tablets or computers for an hour before bed. The light and stimulation can keep your brain awake.
3. Try not to force it
If you are still awake after 20 minutes, get up and sit somewhere comfortable. Do something quiet like reading, and only go back to bed when you feel sleepy.
4. Manage your worries
If your mind is racing, try writing your worries down before bed. You can use the Thought Journal or Worry Tool to process them and clear your head.
